Last 16th of November 2.017 Centre4Education, the Spanish partner of the Oncology Games projects, signed a collaboration agreement with the Balearic Islands Board of the Spanish association against cancer (AECC).
The association integrates patients, volunteers and professionals who work together to prevent, raise awareness, accompany people, and finance oncological research projects which could permit to improve diagnoses and cancer treatment. In 2016, AECC accompanied through the oncological disease a total of 465.626 patients in Spain, thanks to the support of its 22.000 volunteers, 277.000 members and 742 employees.
This collaboration agreement will permit to all members, patients, volunteers and interested stakeholders to participate into the programmed activities of the Oncology Games.
